The thoughts I share are, of course, my own and based on how I see the world. My “musings” also represent personal working beliefs, courses which have impacted me, lived experiences and not formal, technical methodologies or academic research.
My perspective has been shaped over decades in international civil service, where a technical role in Statistics, to Staff Engagement, to Knowledge Management taught me that expertise is less about mastering one thing and more about staying curious. These days I try to use that same curiosity as Program Lead of the KM Community Peer Mentoring Program, an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC) and Kundalini Yoga teacher.
Otherwise, I am grateful for the flexibility to be able to balance these projects with the simple joys of retirement.
