After working for more than 30 years in an international organization, I now aim to pay it forward by helping others become better leaders and, equally, better followers.  I’m committed to supporting nonprofit organizations, charities, young or aspiring leaders, and generally, people feeling a little bit “stuck”.

I was born and raised in the Philippines, where I received a university degree in statistics.  Through hard work, the love of family and a drive to experience the world, I was fortunate to move to Switzerland in my early 20s and find my way in the world of work as a statistician.

In 2013, I was introduced to high performance leadership. Thanks to an inspiring teacher, I studied new fields that have shaped my professional and personal life. Today, I am a nonprofit Executive coach (ICF ACC, ACE-certified), Mentor, Chartered Knowledge Manager (MCLIP) and Kundalini Yoga Instructor (500HR). In all these roles, I aim to foster inspiring and high performing managers, individuals and teams by sharing my skills in strategic and authentic leadership, knowledge management, organizational development, executive coaching, mindfulness and meditation. 

I received my Executive Master’s degree in Positive Leadership and Strategy from the IE School of Human Sciences and Technology in Madrid, and Executive Certificates in Knowledge Management (KM), Leadership, Executive Coaching and Yoga from leading institutions in Europe and the United States. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines.

When I’m not working, I enjoy being with my husband and daughter.  I love to sing and music is what inspires me. Yoga, meditation and prayer are part of my daily life.
